1. Reservations & Payments

All reservations are processed securely through Stripe. At checkout you may choose to pay the full amount with your card, or split your total into interest-free installments using Afterpay / Clearpay or Affirm, subject to availability and approval by those providers.

• Your spot in the event is confirmed once checkout is completed successfully.
• Afterpay/Clearpay and Affirm installment plans are available exclusively to guests with a U.S. billing address and a U.S.-issued card, and remain subject to availability and approval by those providers.
• Installment plans through Afterpay/Clearpay or Affirm are managed directly by those providers according to their own terms.
• It is your responsibility to ensure scheduled installment payments are completed on time.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through this website are final and non-refundable, including the full package amount and any associated installments, regardless of attendance. Reservations are also non-transferable unless otherwise authorized in writing by AfroVibe / 25 Summers, LLC.

3. Event Access & Accommodation

The "Event Only Full Access" package covers admission to AfroVibe events only. It does not include hotel stays, room bookings, or any accommodation services. Packages that include hotel accommodation specify the hotel category (3.5-Star or 4-Star) at the time of booking; room assignments are based on the number of guests selected.

4. Guest Information

Each guest included in a reservation must provide accurate full name, email, phone number, and gender information. Each email address may only be used for one reservation. Duplicate or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

5. Code of Conduct

By attending an AfroVibe event, guests agree to behave respectfully toward staff, partners, venues, and other attendees. AfroVibe reserves the right to remove any guest from an event or venue, without compensation or refund, for behavior that is unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Guests participate in AfroVibe activities, tours, and parties voluntarily and at their own risk. AfroVibe, 25 Summers, LLC, Colombia Black Out, and their organizers, partners, and vendors are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, delay, or damage arising from participation in the event, transportation, lodging, or related activities, except where prohibited by law.

7. Changes to the Itinerary

AfroVibe reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, activities, or hotel partners due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to weather, venue availability, or safety concerns). Reasonable efforts will be made to provide equivalent experiences, but such changes do not entitle guests to a refund.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during the reservation process (name, email, phone number, etc.) is used solely for the purpose of organizing and communicating about AfroVibe events, and is not sold to third parties.
